Welcome

Welcome to the Service Unit 3 parent website.
The site is for the use of parents/ scouts in our Service Unit.
On this page you will find information regarding upcoming events and what's going on in the Service Unit.
The site will be used to send e-mails keeping scouting parents up to date.
In addition to contact from the service unit, the website we're using sends automatic reminders several days before events.
We do have the option to turn that feature off either at the source of the event, or for individual users.
Your feedback is encouraged.
Please use the Contact Our Service Unit link above.

Community Service Collections

The following items can be given to a leader who can get these items to the appropriate troop at a Service Unit leader meting

Share the Voice is a program that raises funds to provide adaptive tricycles to special needs children.  Our Service Unit is collecting pop-tabs to donate for them to raise funds. Pop tabs can be found on drink tabs and if made from the same material, also canned food, soup, pet food, etc.

Thank you to all that helped with the Red Cross Comfort Kits.  We have quite a few additional kits ready to go that are only missing conditioner.  Travel sized conditioner (and shampoo) continue to be our most challenging items to get.  Please keep this in mind as this is an annual community service project for our Service Unit.

Food for Friends: scouts collecting donations for local food pantries. Dates are Sunday to be announced from 9am - 4pm at Stop and Shop.  Contact a leader to find out which dates your troop has signed up for.  If your troop is participating on a date that conflicts with your scout's schedule, use the Contact Our Service Unit link above to arrange for a date and time to work with another troop in our Service Unit.
